About us
we support the growth and improvement
of the coffee industry through training and communication of the culture of quality coffee and of excellence.

Established in June 2014, our academy was formed through the collaboration of Coffee Pro and Dankoff Coffee Specialist under the mission to create affordable yet professional training modules in Malaysia. 12 years running, our humble academy has successfully trained over a 1000 students through workshops, collaborations and professional courses across Malaysia and other countries.
​
All our courses are conducted by certified industry professionals that are actively involved in training & development, world coffee championships and more. The academy has had the privilege of hosting some world renowned coffee professionals such as Hidenori Izaki, Fritz Storm, Colin Harmon, Kentaro Maruyama, Kapo Chiu, James Hoffmann and Andre Eiermann.

As we aim to diversify our selection of courses, we are also actively involved in other educational programmes across the world, such as CQI courses, ASEAN Coffee Federation barista training and such.
