Note: This course fee does not include the SCA certification exam from the Specialty Coffee Association. Students who wish to obtain the official SCA certificate may add the SCA Exam Fee to cart separately.
 
Learn the practical skills you need behind the espresso bar: learn how to set your grinder, milk techniques and latte art, health and safety, customer service, and basic business practices. Foundation is for people new to the coffee industry and focuses on the key skills required to set your grinder, make espresso and foam and texture milk for cappuccinos.

1. Any cancellations one week before the course will result in 50% penalty and any rescheduling will be subject to approval and consideration from management.
 
2. SCA Examinations are optional for students, so you can always decide if you want to take the examination later during the course. However, if you have already made payment for the examination, there will be no refunds.
